This Organic Mexican Bean Mix combines organically grown Red Kidney Beans, Pinto Beans and Black Turtle Beans in one bag — a ready-made blend for chillies, burritos, bean salads and Tex-Mex-style stews without needing to buy three separate bags. As with most dried beans, soak the mix in plenty of water for at least eight hours, or overnight, before simmering until tender; note that red kidney beans in particular should be boiled vigorously for at least 10 minutes during cooking to break down natural toxins.
