Limia is made from 100% Loureiro, hand-harvested from a single vineyard in the Lima sub-region of Vinho Verde, northern Portugal. Following harvest, the grapes were de-stemmed, gently crushed with a pneumatic press, and aged for six months in stainless steel barrels.
