The Southern Living Plant Collection presents one of the most phenomenal blooming daylilies around, the Evergreen Stella Daylily! This Daylily is particularly coveted for its evergreen foliage and impressive bloom time. The Evergreen Stella™ sends up large fragrant yellow blossoms with ruffled edges from early spring until fall. These vibrant reblooms make this Hemerocallis a truly remarkable perennial that is in bloom far longer than your conventional daylily. Additionally, the characteristic evergreen foliage creates the perfect backdrop for these blooms, and won’t leave your landscape looking bare during winter. Use this daylily for groundcover, edging, mass planting, or an accent planting. Furthermore, consider mass planting the Evergreen Stella™ in a large area that you don’t enjoy maintaining. Spring through fall will see a dramatic mass spectacle of blooms, and you’ll save yourself time and effort. They also make a compelling companion to taller border shrubs. This Hemerocallis reaches around 1 ft tall and will spread with time. After several years, you may need to divide your daylilies. After they are divided, you will be left with more plants to re-home with a friend or plant somewhere that could use a little color boost
