Ultrasonic Leak Detector Air Water Gas Pressure Leak Tester Vacuum Diagnose Tool

Description:
This ultrasonic leak detector is designed to locate leaks in pressure and vacuum system.
It can be used to detect and locate the source of the ultrasonic emission generated by gas or liquid f1owing through a small restrictive opening.
lt uses the advanced ultrasonic sensing technique and features small size, light weight;reliable detection, easy use and utility.

Working Princeple:
Turbulence created by gas or air forced through a small office generates ultrasoncic sound. Ultrasonic sound occurs when the atmosphere leaks into a vacuum vessel or when a pressure vessel leaks to the outside atmosphere. Ultrasonic sound's frequecy is related to the size of the orifice which ultrasonic sound passes through, but usually the frequency is about 40kHz. Ultrasonic sound is very directional, this directionality is used to pinpoint the origin of the ultrasonic sound, the leak point.

Feature:
This ultrasonic leak detector uses ultrasonic sensing technology and features small size and light weight. It is reliable and easy to use and is a practical,portable tool.
Sense pressurized leaks, detects electrical arcing, and finds falling solenoids, valves and bearings .
Detects any pressurized leaking gas, including chlorofluoro carbon(CFCs), hydrofluoro carbon(HFCs),nitrogen(Ni), carbon dioxide(CO2) and steam.
Highly sensitive sensor / sound and light double alarm / sensitivityadjustable / headphone connection.

Specification:
Alarm Indication: The"LEAK" LED lights and the"ticking tone" increases in frequency.
Frequency Response: 40kHz ± 2kHz
Operating Condition: temperature:0°C - 40°C
Relative humidity: <80%
Battery: 9V, 6F22 or equivalent(battery not include)
Size: 171*43*38mm
Weight: about 240g

Wide Application:
Automotive air conditioning compression system testing;
Wheel , water tank , sealed space leak detection;
Automobile brake system detection Bearing system . Bearingand lubrication testing;
Liquefied gas tank truck , refrigerated truck , tank truck , cargo box ,welding pass , door , leak detection;
Ultrasonic sealing non-breaking test;
Train , motor car , high-speed rail door seal detection;
cab wind detectionWind noise detection, electrical railway contact network detection.

How to use:
1. Adjust the sensitivity of this ultrasonic leak detector, hold it slowly moving around the measured object,
2. The closer to the point of the leak, the louder the sound from the headphones.

Package List:
1 x Receiver
1 x Earphone
1 x Pouch
1 x Instruction Manual
(Battery not include)
